The Team:

This is a small team of engineers that directly supports our customers and production operations.


The Role:
Interface directly with customers and Manufacturing Engineers to develop and maintain the test process for fabrication of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies.  It also includes troubleshooting of testers to support production deliveries to meet customer schedule.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

You will spend your time:

  • Develop long-term company test strategy
  • Provide justification for and procure test platforms/equipment
  • Provide test strategy guidance to customers
  • Work with customers to resolve weaknesses or problems with test processes
  • Integrate customer-provided testers into RiverSide Integrated Solutions manufacturing processes
  • Procure and debug in-circuit test fixtures and programs
  • Debug functional test platform issues
  • Work with Production leadership to ensure adequate support by Test Technicians
  • Disposition assemblies Test Technicians are not able to get operational

We are excited about you if you have:

  • 2-year Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent work experience; EE degree preferred.
  • Agilent 3070 or other in-circuit test experience desirable
  • Functional test development experience
  • Visual Studio experience desirable
  • Self-motivated
  • Good communication and presentation skills



  • This position may travel between the RiverSide Lewiston and Winona facilities.
  • Infrequent travel for trainings and/or business needs may be required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling
  • Ability to walk, stand, and sit
  • Lifting up to 30 pounds
