The Team:
Manufacturing Engineering provides the tools, work instructions and guidance to Production co-workers to build error-free products for RiverSide Integrated Solutions customers. This ranges from start-up of new product to troubleshooting new problems on products we’ve build for 20 years. In these efforts we constantly endeavor to reduce costs, improve quality and improve our responsiveness to our Production co-workers.

The Role:
Interface directly with Manufacturing Project Engineer and Production to design and maintain the manufacturing processes for the fabrication of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

You will spend your time:

  • Creating new or modify existing manufacturing instructions
  • Creating new or modify existing panelization drawings for PCB’s
  • Designing and ordering stencils for new and existing products
  • Troubleshooting quality problems arising during production
  • Analyzing quality data and making recommendations for improvements
  • Designing and/or procuring tooling for new or existing products
  • Participating in lean activities involving appropriate products as determined by the assigned manufacturing engineer
  • Interfacing with Process Engineering on delivery of actions required for NPI’s and MCO’s

We are excited about you if you have:

  • A two-year degree in an engineering field or equivalent preferred
  • Proven experience in circuit board assembly
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision  


  • This position may travel between the RiverSide Lewiston and Winona facilities
  • Infrequent travel for trainings and/or business needs may be required

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling
  • Ability to walk, stand, and sit
  • Lifting up to 30 pounds
