The Team:
This role is a part of the Human Resource team. The team works with and supports all other departments in the organization including the full network of companies: RiverSide Integrated Solutions (RIS), JMW Enterprises, and CCSI.  Our team currently consists of an HR Manager, Senior HR Generalist and HR and Payroll Administrator.

The Role:

This co-worker will provide talent acquisition support to the company. This position is responsible for recruiting and hiring quality coworkers in a high volume and fast paced environment primarily for manufacturing openings. The applicant must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive disposition toward the job, the company, and coworkers. Effectiveness in this role requires the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with solid judgment. This position will travel between Lewiston and Winona facilities weekly. 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

You will spend your time:

  • Responsible for all phases of the recruitment lifecycle process; posting positions, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, and hiring
  • Complete new hire processes including orientation class and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruiting plans
  • Communicating and collaborating with staffing agencies to fill positions 
  • Assist with recruiting strategies
  • Assist with job postings and employment advertisements
  • Create, maintain and analyze recruiting reports
  • Interact with and respond to co-worker inquiries regarding openings, benefits, training, employee relations, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal and local employment laws
  • Be a part of the RIS training and mentorship program
  • Maintain co-worker employment files
  • Be the bi-weekly Payroll back-up to the department
  • Perform other tasks as requested and required

  • 2+ years recruiting experience required, manufacturing preferred
  • Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs and ability to adapt to new technologies/software
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking software, Paycom preferred
  • Ability to work successfully independently and as a team member
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent/professional interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service skills, an ability to asses customer needs and provide solutions

  • This position will travel between the RiverSide Lewiston and Winona facilities.
  • Infrequent travel for trainings and/or business needs may be required.
