Location: Primary location is Lewiston, but this position may also work in the Winona location. 

Shift/Hours: Day hours; Mondays-Fridays 

Position Status: Full-Time

The Team:
The Organizational Excellence team is a cross functional team responsible for continuous improvement, quality systems, company documentations and Lean.  As part of the Organizational Excellence team you will have the opportunity to learn the processes of all three segments of RiverSide Integrated Solutions and interact with all coworkers. 

The Role: 
The Quality Administrator is responsible for department record management, meeting scheduling, and reporting for all three segments, including but not limited to quality documentation, company metrics and continuous improvement records.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

You will spend your time:

  • Manage documentation control of all segments for quality management system documents.
  • Assist all segments with documentation and process improvements. Create/update forms and templates; proofread and edit submitted written documents prior to control and release.
  • Prepare, review and publish reports using business system data per established schedule.
  • Train to become a certified internal auditor within two years of hire.
  • Other work responsibilities as necessary.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Passion for learning and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to use a variety of technology and software, such as EPICOR, IQS, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom
  • Attention to detail
  • Auditing experience a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to teach and work with others


  • This position will travel between the Lewiston and Winona facilities.
  • Infrequent travel for training and/or business needs may be required.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

  • Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling
  • Ability to walk, stand, and sit
  • Lift up to 10 pounds
