The Team: 
Our Production Operations Teams function as the primary heartbeat of the factory. Supporting that team is critical to the success of each cell and company as a whole.

The Role: 
A General Assembly Operator is responsible for putting together component parts or pieces adhering to a specified set instructions, drawings, wiring diagrams, etc. Responsible for verifying correct quantities of components parts and quality checking completed items. May also be responsible for managing parts inventory and basic reporting. The ability to use hand tools and mechanical equipment is beneficial in this role, as is an understanding of basic assembly principles and a knowledge manufacturing standards.

  • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The capability of learning to read and interpret documents such as work orders, production schedule, work instructions, and occasional part drawings. 
  • The ability to read and speak English

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent lifting and moving of lightweight materials (0-10 lbs.) up to 50% of time worked
  • Must be able to lift up to 10-30 pounds, chest height up to 5% of time worked.
