The Team:

This is a team of Electronic Technicians that directly supports Production and works with Manufacturing Engineering and Test Engineering.


The Role:

Interface directly with Manufacturing Engineer and Test Engineer to maintain the test process for fabrication of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies. Troubleshooting of tested assemblies to support production deliveries to meet customer schedule.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

You will spend your time:

  • Maintenance and repair of test and burn-in equipment
  • Troubleshooting of tested assemblies
  • Creating and updating of test procedures
  • Communicating directly with customers
  • Interaction on internal customer support teams
  • Support Test Engineering as required
  • Support Test by traveling to multiple facilities and customers as required
  • Working extended hours and/or weekends as needed
  • Other assigned tasks as needed

We are excited about you if you have:

  • 1 year of electronics education with the ability to complete 2nd year within 2 years of employment OR 2 year electronics degree
  • Understanding of automated functional tests
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Proficient at soldering
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD
  • Dependable
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills – phone, email, face-to-face
  • HP/Agilent/Keysight 3070 ICT or other In-Circuit Test experience a plus
  • Knowledge of using diagnostic tools such as Oscilloscopes, DMM’s, Counters, etc.
  • Previous experience in test fixture design and construction a plus
  • Knowledge of IPC-A-610 a plus
