Inside Scoop: Production Leadership!

Production leadership at RIS consists of several different roles which help to guide and support our production operations at all of our facilities. Our production leadership team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facilities.

Frontline Supervisor: The Cell Coordinator supervises coworkers a production cell. This position entails both work and personnel scheduling for the production process flow. The goal with this position is to build the skills required to advance, monitor and continuously improve our production process flow. This position also provides professional growth opportunities.

Shift Leader: This position oversees and manages 2nd shift production employees and processes. We’re looking for an experienced Shift Leader to constantly improve knowledge, training and progression of job potential and production process improvements. In this position we look for people with a passion for continuous learning, teamwork, creativity, implementation of improvement strategy and are committed to excellence.

Production Manager: Provide work direction and guidance to production operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems supporting the Lewiston or Winona facility operations of Riverside Integrated Solutions. Assess personnel needs and maintain staff commensurate with workload.

Operations Manager: The Operations Manager is the leader of a dynamic team of Productions Managers that are responsible for achieving a high level of quality through the leadership and coordination of all external and internal Production Management duties and responsibilities. This role will ensure that all job functions of the Production Managers are performed accurately and in a timely manner to support all of the ongoing customer and business needs. The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading, developing, and mentoring the Production Management team.
