Fulfillment & Distribution FAQs

Can you get me a quote for transportation costs?

Yes. U.S. domestic quote requests are provided within 24 hours. International import and export quotes are provided within 48 hours for motor freight (palletized material) and within 24 hours for small package shipments.

Can you drop ship?

Yes. We drop ship for multiple customers daily. Whether it be a small package (Ex. UPS, FedEx) or palletized truck shipments, the shipments will also go to your customers blind and will not have any RiverStar identifiable shipping labels, packing slips and other related documentation.

Can you please provide pre-paid return label so a customer can return their shipment for both domestic and international origins?

We have the capability to provide prepaid return labels in several different ways. We can include them an outbound exchange\replacement shipment, emailed directly to a customer for them to print out themselves, snail mail them to a customer that may not have a printer, and finally have a carrier bring the return label to a location when they arrive to pick up a return\exchange.

Can you provide tracking information on orders?

We have the capability to provide live tracking data once an order is processed. We can do this through various automated channels such as e-mail from transportation companies, in-house shipping software that can send out “customized” e-mails with company branded logos, coupons, etc., electronic data interchange (EDI) and Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN).

Can you distribute our product on Amazon and other ecommerce websites?

Yes, among Amazon, we ship into various ecommerce distribution centers and are familiar with their processes. If direct ship is your thing, we also have integrated software that allows us to communicate with any ecommerce website to pull your orders directly into our distribution chain.

Pick, Pack & Ship

No need to worry about shipping your product to RiverSide Integrated Solutions in consumer-ready packaging. We will accept your bulk-pallet shipments and re-pack as needed because that is simply a more efficient way for our customers to operate.

System Integration

Our order processing systems can be setup in many cases to automatically download your orders and process them for shipment. You will have visibility into what orders have shipped, and your customer will receive tracking notifications.

Inventory

Complete inventory management system will provide you with your current stock levels of products. These custom inventory reports are updated daily to provide real time access to your stock on hand.

Ecommerce

Ecommerce consumers today have the ability to shop with their fingertips across multiple outlets. Our experience with ecommerce including major dotcom retailers such as Amazon will connect you to your customers.
